So few comments on so a beautiful picture? O: I think it's really really good, I find it always hard to capture the shape of real persons right, but you did an amazing job here! It looks so realistic, especially her face.
It only strikes me, that the end of the arm of her clothing isn't so worked out in detail as the rest of her, but I shouldn't complain :) It's still a wonderful piece.

Thank you, Kuerbis17! I am trying to drill into myself to be more painterly. I tried to have less detail the farther away from the eyes we traveled.
I did move the arm down so that it would travel out the bottom of the painting instead of the side and this helped in a number of ways but....
Maybe I should have made the arm even darker. (yup, that's the ticket) You see there? A positive feedback loop and it's all your fault. ;-)
I appreciate your comments AND your time! It's very nice to learn what people see.

You're very welcome. Oh, that's an interesting idea, when said I see it, too :) But I think there is too little on the picture to use this technique on, maybe...
(Ah, thanks!) Well, I guess there are always some things that you would've liked to change after finishing, same with me *laughs*
Again, you're welcome!
